Let me give you some context about what happened.
First, regarding the response times and the urgency you mentioned.
We responded to you three times in less than 24 hours.
Next, regarding the problem you encountered: you purchased three Adobe software products. The three codes you received were activated on the same account. This is why you ended up with a three-year subscription on one account, instead of three one-year subscriptions on three accounts.
Unfortunately, as we explained to you, once the codes have been activated, there is nothing we can do. We have no way of changing subscriptions (for obvious security reasons).
The only option is to contact Adobe and ask them to make an exception to their activation policy.
If we could do anything on our end, believe us, we would, but once a code has been activated, software publishers are adamant.
We are very sorry about this situation, which we do not believe is our fault.

Purchased 'Norton' software product from this outfit
Receipt issued clearly stated Refund in full if product 'unused' and cancelled within 14 days. I asked my Daughter to help with download/installation. She told me I didn't need the product because my Broadband Package with BT included 'Norton' software package as part of it's T & C. I e-mailed Eptimum to request a refund. They asked for 'reason why' When i explained the reason, they responded saying 'No Refund' and suggested I give the product away..
Is this what is known as A SCAM?

Purchased pdf software via Groupon, the download did not work, I don't believe it was ever meant to as Groupon initially offered refund within two weeks, saying I had to apply for it, then when I asked if the software actually existed they issued refund straight away.

Failed eptimum deal from Groupon
I bought a deal from Groupon, then got a message saying I had to go to Eptimum to get the download. Got so far through the process and an error message came up, stopping me from going any further. Got back on to Groupon, who gave me an email address for Eptimim - but never had a reply. Back to Groupon and eventually got to the refund page, just waiting to see what happens now.
Eptimum appears to be based in France, and not a UK business

Received receipt promptly. Took just over an hour to receive download information but once received process was simple.
Pleased I was able to obtain the Adobe Elements at a reduced price. If I had read the reviews beforehand I might not have purchased from Eptimum. It might be worth them investing in improving customer service, as this is clearly not helping their reputation.

Bought a One Year Microsoft 365 licence on Groupon. The install failed error code CatalogHasNoMatchingProduct. Microsoft Support confirmed that the product key is not valid for my region. Eptimum customer support unhelpful, and rude - see reply below - kept repeating to uninstall the vpn which we don’t have. Groupon has now refunded the payment.

Also, do you really think that an international company like Groupon would work with any partner?

Easy and affordable for Microsoft 365
Purchased Microsoft 365 via Groupon and had to wait until the following day to receive the voucher code to activate my subscription, which was a bit annoying. Once it had arrived, the activation process was quick and smooth (would have been nice to have it clarified in the activation process that your email address needs to be the one used on Groupon though).

Disgusting Scam Avoid this "company"
Disgusting, rip off
I paid groupon for a code, goto eptimum site to validate, surprise surprise not working.
Complained 10 times in 12 days to both of them
They bounce off each other and you get sarcastic and curt responses
They just ask for same information that I've supplied over n over.
Oh and allow 72hrs for a response
Oh and don't send more than 1 message a day
