Excellent service and came out immediately. Explained exactly what the issue was, quoted and charged according to the quote, showed me the broken part and service was exemplary. I will be recommending this company to others who may be looking for a trustworthy locksmiths, who provides an excellent job and is transparent and accurate with charges etc. Brilliant!

Quick and efficient, very helpful advice fixed my door handle and replaced the faulty lock.

Had an issue with a tilt and turn window which the local locksmiths wouldn't touch. After calling EPR I had an immediate response and was offered a callout within the hour despite being a little far away. Efficient service and fully resolved within an hour. Very friendly, taught me how to troubleshoot minor issues that may come up myself, and even fixed up a different handle that been left loose by a previous tradesman. Ended up paying slightly more than quoted due to a necessary needed part but this was all fairly priced and I am very happy with the service. I will be using EPR again should I need locksmithing in the future.

Quick reliable locksmith who answered my call for being locked out. Bit of a daunting experience not knowing who to call when you lock yourself out, but Lucians website and reviews were all legit as him and his partner were helpful, stuck with the agreed price and provided a quick and easy service. Highly recommend

Excellent service. Very punctual. Came to look at some issues affecting our multipoint lock. I thought it needed cleaning and servicing. Lucien examined it carefully but explained that the lock was fine and gave us advice on how to use the lock properly in future to avoid issues. He knew his stuff and was generous with his time. All this and he refused to accept any payment for his visit to us after 6pm! Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Lucian arrived within 2 hours of me calling him to to ask if he could repair my front door lock. He was quick and efficient in his work and even had a replacement lock in his van that fitted my front door...amazing!! He replaced the whole locking system very quickly, ensuring that everything worked to a high standard. He was so reasonably priced too. Lucian, provided a fast and efficient service. Finding the issue with our lock immediately managing to open and free the doors and replacing the mechanism with speed and efficiency. Really great chap reasonable rates and excellent service. It was an extremely tough job breaking out the old fused lock but Lucien was tenacious and didn’t give up leaving us with good as new back doors that are draft free and open more efficiently than they ever have from new.

The first locksmith I tried gave up because it wasn't a simple job, but Lucian accepted the challenge, which involved repairing a patio door's internal gear and locking mechanism. Although the unit isn't manufactured now, he got a part and repaired it. Excellent service. I would use Lucian again.

Lucian was excellent. He arrived promptly at the time he indicated, was able to repair our night latch as well as an interior door latch which we asked him about when he was here. The interior door latch was difficult as the model was manufactured in Europe and was no longer available. He was able to find the exact model and the manufacturer and helped to get us sorted out when I was expecting to have to make do with an alternative brand. I would highly recommend him for any locksmith needs. I should also say he was very fairly priced.

When my blind fell down Lucien able to get to me within 24hrs to get my blind back up. Although the job was not as simple as it first appeared, Lucien managed to still get the job done without charging anything extra, and kept me in the loop as to what made the job complex, even though it would have been easy for Lucien to have not mentioned anything.

Very quick response and the job was completed within 24 hours of me asking for help. Job completed perfectly. Friendly, polite, thorough. Even helped me with a second job at no extra cost. Highly recommended. Thank you!
