I needed only a few new business cards for an upcoming special event and eprinonline.com.au had the lowest print run of 50 which was perfect size for me. That was only the start of the good news for me: they have recycled paper since I expect that most of these will end up in the bin; they have an online tool to design the card quickly by myself; they also print double sided cards; and they have great price for what I ordered. All good so far, but after I submitted my order I received an email that one of the design elements was pixelated. They were very helpful in fixing the order for the redesigned card, and a few days later I received a box of business cards that I am delighted with. I am grateful that my small order (with my design issue) was no problem for them.

Great local print company! Very patient staff whom helped me with a few recent large print orders, other print companies could not help me.

Eprint were unable to collate the uploaded files so it became too difficult so I requested a refund. I'd already paid for the service which has no longer been supplied. The issue was apparently forwarded to accounts for refunding but it's been 2 weeks of radio silence. No replies from multiple emails to multiple departments within the company. Terrible experience
