This back street one man band company is nothing but a crook. The website should be taken down.
Please make this man go broke and never buy from him again. He's nothing but a thief
Be warned no good will come from dealing with this low life

The worst company ever! We wanted an EPOS system for our business, at first Ali use to answer our calls, answered all our questions/queries until he got the payment of £1,500. We were lucky even to have received the hardware & software, after sometime he stopped answering our calls and the software is still not set up according to our business, what a shame!!!

Avoid at all cost, he’s a con artist.

epossystems.com took nearly £2000 from us for our epos system.
Nearly 2 years later and we still haven't received anything. Phone calls, emails, letters but no reply. Ali Usman took the money and disappeared never to be heard of again. Also charged us VAT which we can not get refunded so VAT fraud as well. epossystems are not based at the address as stated on their website.
We have reported epossystemems to the police anti fraud squad and the bank who are both investigating. Ali Usman belongs no where else than in jail.We will do anything to make this happen and if you're affected please report those criminals. Walter

Epossystems will steal your money. You will receive nothing in return. They even charge VAT but don't pay it. These people are criminals who belong in jail. It is my mission to put Ali Usman behind bars where he belongs. All seems very convincing on line, untill they have your money, then that is the end of that. Kiss your money goodbye. They won't reply to e-mails or phone calls, or give you a refund. do NOT do business with these people. I cannot say it strongly enough.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ali Usman was only too keen to answer questions until monies were received. Weeks later we are out of pocket and without an operating system.

Civil action has been taken and the business has been reported for VAT fraud.

Charged me £1750 for system and printer and told me they gunna upload whole menu on system but managed to miss lots of item even whole of spirits group which is making me loose lots of money when i call them they keep lying somebody will be in on touch but nobody does after 2 weeks of continues calling and emails they ends up saying its gunna be expensive call out charge. Wasted my hard earned money on this company when other companies provide excellent customer service and immediate help through phone or in person. Please avoid

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered an EPOS on Dec 20, 2016. Promised to deliver on 23rd Dec 2016. Never happened. It is Feb 15, 2017. No sign of the product. Paid via Bank Transfer (my mistake).
Called and emailed several times. Same old answer "We will get it done next week". Paid VAT as well but later found from HMRC that the VAT is invalid. Possible SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Purchased a system from this company in September 2016. After sending them £1644.00 they told us they could not meet our deadline to have the system for an exhibition stand we were selling product from, so we cancelled the order and asked for a refund of our money.
Despite numerous phone calls and e mails we have very little response from them. When we explain who we are on the phone they are rude and objectionable.
Its now February 2017 and we have not received any kind of explanation or a refund of our payment. Frustrating to say the least.

UPDATE AUGUST 2019 - Just seen this post after a couple of years - Please be aware we never did manage to get money refunded. This company clearly need to be avoided at all cost. If you ignore this it will cost you as well
