Avery Barkel Scale Programming

I would like to clarify that my five-star rating is specifically for the technician who visited on Friday, 17th April 2025, Mr. Saba Kumar.

I am extremely impressed with his service. He was very helpful, friendly, and fully dedicated to delivering excellent customer support. He is not only completed the required work efficiently but also provided training for the new scale machine setup, which was very valuable for us.

Even after leaving the site, he has continued to offer support remotely while I am still in the process of completing the system setup and training my staff. His willingness to assist beyond the visit demonstrates a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

However, my rating for the overall company service is four stars. This is because I have experienced delays in customer service response times, and some other technicians have not been as helpful.

I RECENTLY HAD AN ISSUE WITH EPOS AND I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTING THE USUAL RUNAROUND, I REALLY APPRECIATE MR RAGHAV WHO HELPED ME ALOT WITH TECHNICAL ISSUE ASKED TO REPLACE THE ETHERNET CABLE AND THEN WE TRIED TO GET CARD READER SUCCEFULLY LINKED WITH THE EPOS SYSTEM.
