Very disappointed to buy an expensive curry’s e-card here on epoints then be told that I am not entitled to the 8% credit back despite what it states on the website. I bought a very large amount as this was to buy a cooker and I wish I had used a different discount scheme as I did not get the 8% back. Be aware that you will not get 8% back in epoints credit despite what it says on the website.
I don't recommend it
For couple of months now, they generate the gift cards within 48 hours. Before was instant any everything was perfect.
Now i'm waiting for 2 gift cards for over 2 days and nothing yet.
Vouchers took 36 hours to arrive
I was trying to save a bit of money for my purchase of garden furniture from tkmaxx. I ordered gift vouchers worth £220 and was hoping to recieve them within few hours, as I was thinking how complicated could it be to generate a gift voucher. It turned out it is very complicated as it took 36 hours for me to get the vouchers. Obviously being a nice piece of furniture the item got sold by the time I received the vouchers. I am very disappointed as I have £220 in vouchers for a shop where I don't normally buy that much. I still had to go elsewhere and spent £300 on garden furniture. The response from epoints team was that they are sorry. I messaged them back that their sorry won't give me my money back. No reply after that. Epoints is like an illusion, gives you the idea that you can save money but beware you can also end up with vouchers you won't need as it is very difficult to generally an e gift card, specially if you are ordering it over the weekend.
Long time waiting for the voucher
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Order easy to place, quickly delivered and the vacuum worked perfectly until 3 weeks ago. Then suddenly stopped working so I decided to contact the epoints team in order to see if it was still on guarantee and it was!.
The problem is that Epoints stopped replying to my emails and don't want to assist me in the replacement.
I did speak with CURRYSPC world which was the company that was selling the item and they said that its on guarantee and it can be replaced, they just need some private information that EPOINTS only has as they were the purchaser!
I am stunned at their poor customer service!

Excellent product
Excellent product! Suction is great, picks up everything, anti hair wrap works well and battery life good though goes down quickly on highest setting so definatly get the 2 battery version. Well built and stores down to a small size. Also, top marks to shark for the packaging. Not a single piece of plastic packaging in sight - not even any form of plastic tape! Other manufacturers take note!!!

My work tried to give me a reward but epoints have cost me nothing but time and money
I tried to order a gift voucher 4 times over the weekend, each time I received an error message after confirming my bank details.
I called customer services on monday morning to be told that there must have been issues with the new website that launched at the weekend and it would be looked into and I would receive an email to let me know what was happening.
Its now Tuesday night and I've heard nothing from epoints whatsoever. To make things worse the 4 pending payments in my bank account have now been taken by epoints!!! I assumed these payment would be cancelled as the transactions didn't complete, I haven't been deducted epoints from my account or received my voucher but you have happily taken my money 4 times over and failed to contact me.
I received my epoints as a well done from my work place but this has caused nothing but hassle and cost me money - terrible service for a supposed way to reward staff
