Paid for the 3 day trial and then charged £59.99 for full subscription. After asking for a refund as i never actually used it after the 3 day trial I was declined!
It's a big scam and the information that you actually get doesn't reflect the price as the UK government website is free for the same info. AVOID.

Scam! Don’t be fooled by what looks like a cheap vehicle check — they quietly sign you up to a £49.99 subscription. I never knowingly agreed to any subscription, and they refused to refund me. Avoid 🚫

The car vin I checked was detailed but I paid 1 dollar without knowing that i had subscribed for almost a 100 to the site they need to let their customers know that

The false advertised with the $1 trail and charged me $125 extra after a month talked to support and they say some bs about there terms and agreements about there subscription even tho i have never signed up for a subscription and it was a one time trial. They we definitely reply to this just as they reply to everyone else’s comment saying “terms and agreements” and read there in carefully. It makes no sense cuz i never signed up for a subscription and i don’t think in the terms and agreements it says you guys are allowed to try to withdraw over $500 from my bank account for no reason before the one month mark and get blocked out by my bank. I don’t wanna see any bs reply under this just give me my refund or i will continue to send my reviews on your horrible service.

I was charged $99.99 for a subscription I didn't intend to use. I cancelled it immediately (have email proof) and contacted support (Lily and Megan). They refused a refund and are now ignoring my emails. This is a subscription trap. I have already initiated a chargeback through my bank and filed a complaint with the BBB. Avoid this service!
UPDATE: After my public complaint and bank escalation, management (Alice) reached out and processed a full refund. I appreciate the resolution, but I recommend everyone be very careful with the trial terms, as initial support refused to help. Refund received, case closed.

The report was very thorough and complete. It'a bargain for $1 IF you cancel your subscription within 3 days. Otherwise, they charge $49.95 per month.

I was lured in by a $1.00 VIN report, only to be charged $99.99 twice without my clear consent. This is a deceptive 'subscription trap.' I have already emailed support (Profile ID: I-BHMBMNAP2BNH) but have not received my money back. I never intended to subscribe and have not used the service. I am requesting a full refund of $199.98 immediately. I will update this review once the refund is processed.
UPDATE: Customer support has officially refused a refund, claiming 'policy' over fair billing practices. I am now proceeding with a formal bank chargeback for the full $199.98. Do not trust the $1 trial
