Sad that a 5 year old bike is so obsolete that parts cannot be found. Really sad I paid over $2500 for something that is now not useable.
Sad that I have to turn to Amazon.
Stunningly strange that parent company (USA) has parts - won't ship to me and Epic says they can't get them.
What makes me really happy is that in needing to replace the bike I did not buy from Epic and I did not buy the "Premium" brand of e-bike.

Tire came defective
Tire came defective, not a single piece of literature on the bike, stale response time from epic cycles! And shipping was a joke. The bike sat 2 hours away for 4/5 days.

You don't come good for your mistakes.
Ordered a wheel that you said was for the model we had. It arrived and is about 2 inches to small in diameter. Your solution is to just use the new hub and re-spoke the old rim. or send it back with our postage cost and a restock fee.

Very helpful and accessible
Everything was positive and helpful however it took 4 days from point of sale to initiate the shipping process. I did appreciate the phone call to confirm my credit card order however I feel this could have all been accomplished in 24 - 48hrs. I would still use you in the future as I appreciate the integrity.

After a long wait, Epic Cycles finally received the Ultra Bee HP. They promptly got the shipping in order and sent my Ultra Bee to Western Canada. The bike is awesome!!
It has a ton of power and the stock suspension is better then I anticipated. I've upgraded the pegs and suspension triangle with Warp 9 products. (adjustable pegs, needle bearing upgrade with triangle) Thanks to everyone at Epic who assisted me with the order and shipping process.
