Ms. Donna Lueders was absolutely informative in explaining ALL my options going into Medicare coverage. She visited me several times at my home during the research phase and into the time if enrollment. She was very friendly, patient, and thorough. She did all my signups on her laptop for me, which saved me lots of time and gave me total peace of mind. I would highly recommend her for anyone, especially those of us that are not privy to insurance language.

I placed an order weeks ago, I have sent 3 emails still no response and have not received my order . Im now getting anxious that it will not arrive before Christmas. Very unhappy customer.

The mychart app is horrible. It makes me use a different login for every medical provider. Why??

No communication. This order was "awaiting shipment on August 5. No further communication was given. When I reached out two weeks later, I was told it was on backorder and would be shipping by the end of the week. A heads up or communication would have made the whole experience so much better.

Cancelled order without customer service responding

Over priced items, Long delayed shipping, No response from customer service, Long shipping times, cheap quality products, missing items, weeks of going back and forth and still no replacement or refund for missing item, horrible communication through email, Just as bad as it gets. Buy at your own risk.

I work at a historic building that hosts weddings and lectures. We needed a stanchion and rope to compliment our beautiful, historic ballroom. I was worried about color differences w. online purchase, so i sent a picture of our space and the Epic team made an excellent recommendation of colors for the space.

I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because the first rope was not sewn properly. However, they did send me another one with minimal hassle.

The team members were very responsive via email.
