We recently had inner wall insulation installed by EPC Tec and we are extremely pleased with the service provided. From start to finish, the team worked incredibly hard and used quality products throughout the installation.
Communication was excellent — we were kept fully informed about the schedule at every stage, and the team were very considerate in working around our needs to minimise disruption.
A special mention must go to the fitters John, Dean and Craig, who were professional, courteous and clearly took pride in their work. Thanks also to Tamara in the office, who ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes.
We would highly recommend EPC Tec to anyone considering insulation work.

EPCtec installed solar panels and an air source heat pump with new radiators. Despite a few initial problems, they have been back and fixed everything to a good standard. They have a new team of contractors who are absolutely brilliant, and the scaffolding went up and back down within the same week as the work was done. Efficientl, polite and good attention to detail.

Very pleased with the work carried out , the boy’s were very good had a problem with a faulty fan in bathroom phoned and they changed it straight away . Would highly recommend.

Although it was briefly a bit chaotic in our bungalow, as all the old radiators and the boiler were removed, the outcome was absolutely worth it. Our home is so much warmer with the air source heat pump, and we are no longer buying oil. It can be a slow process with the whole application procedure but it’s absolutely worth the wait. The team of tradesmen were very approachable, and gave us the confidence they knew about all the tasks involved. Any issues that arose were promptly resolved.

Very happy with the equipment and installation. Installers were top class with any mess cleared each day. All aspects of the installation was discussed prior to any work commencing.The ASHP has proved to be most economical, easy to use & to setup.

Jules and Mike (the install team and plastering) did a great job, really pleased with their work, very professional.

Everyone who I interacted with was lovely, very well organised and a really professional job done. For the first time I can sit in my house and feel warm. They were very clean and tidy and considerate. Very happy with my experience with EPCtech. Would recommend highly.

Although we had to wait a considerable time for work to commence, but on the whole we are pleased with work carried out so far.
We would particularly like to commend the plasterers, Mat, Julian and Jake who were hard working, accommodating, and skilled in their work as well as being very nice people. They had a lot to contend with working on our old wobbly cottage! So thank you.

Once started the installation proceeded very smoothly with the component parts following one after another.
The various installers were all hard working and courteous.
We have gone all electric with modern storage heaters, solar panels with battery backup. The system has been working seamlessly and the house is equably warm throughout ( or as required at different times and places).
the Epctec office kept us informed as to what was happening and were always ready to help. We would have appreciated a little more consultation on the actual items to be installed and where exactly in the property.
At completion, the appropriate installation certificates, insurance certificates, design documents and component user guides etc were received promptly.

These three insulation installers for walls and the loft worked well together and made me feel at ease.

We have lived in a Dorma bungalow with firstly electric storage heaters, later replaced with electric panel heater, then along came Darren from ECO 4 who applied for a grant for us to have a heat pump central heating system. A few weeks later we have for the first time in 22 years, a warm bungalow that heats every room.
The whole installation was organised and controlled by a lady called Tamara, who arranged for plumbers / electricians / insulation guys and carpenters.

Just had the inside of our external walls insulated and couldn't be happier!
First rate job done from start to finish, with no hassle or fuss.
All of the tradesmen involved were fantastic, and a pleasure to have in our home.
We are now looking forward to a warmer, drier house and reduced gas bills too🙂

Very grateful for the loft insulation and the ventilation installed in my property, its made such a difference. The installers were very polite, friendly and tidy. Would highly recommend.

My husband has incontinence & dementia, the lads were only young , with young children, but we're so polite. No swearing, just soooooo kind & accommodating. Would recommend whole heartily. Hard having men in your home for few weeks, but made it v comfortable. Thanking them all so much.
