I'm a seller on the site and can't complain. A lot of the traffic is very rough and still growing so I have big expectations for the future.

I read other reviews and I am saddened by the fact that people leave negative 1-star reviews without even registering on the site and using its service. I have used EPal for quite some time and to me, the site is great. When I don't have friends to play along with, I go to EPal. And most of the epals gave me a great experience. People who leave 1-stat reviews here are the people who don't like the idea of EPal. They think it is a waste of money. But the concept of EPal is actually great and can benefit a lot of people. Many lost their jobs during the COVID and started to earn money on EPal. You never know how important this site is to someone unless you become part of the community.

My experience as a client for over a year has been surprisingly good. Like 99% of the time the orders to smooth and are fun. In the case I get a flake or anything happens the staff has been quick to make it right. It’s by far the best site to meet gamers for coaching or just for company. I highly recommend you give it a try. Very friendly environment

I believe this site has definitely come a long way. It was once called egirl.gg and had some negativity towards the egirl term. Many trolls were on the platform. But after a year of development, the site now is much more positive, with a great community full of nice people. I totally belive in its future and I think as more people know this site, they will discover how good it actually is.

Saw some bad reviews below, and I really hate to say this, but stop being cynical! Epal is a great site and the people there are all awesome, especially those epals providing caring service. You are only complaining because those good staff did something to protect the community. It is not fair to say!

This is a really bad platform full of disgusting people and disgusting staff. They ban you for everything. I used to be really popular on E-Pal with many orders and stuff, but one day they decided to ban me with no reason. This has happened to me before, only for REPORTING ANOTHER person. It is really hard to post a picture of yourself, if you have big ass or big boobs, clothes that hide you won`t help. Very sexist platform.

i tried this website for the first time and lemme tell you that's the first time i see a community full of scammers and liers and arrogant people, only few of them are not bad, and yeah the support is the worst part of everything, they don't give a s**t about you as a costumer they just care about collecting money that's all

Private messages are monitored and probably not encrypted at all. Saying anything that they think is not cool will be silently removed. Not only is this intrusive and disgusting, it also jeopardizes the possibility to chat with the person of your choice, even though I thought this is what the whole page is about...

Half of the staff are corrupt, you do not have your duty to speak, they accept intolerable things, they take offense while they are the ones who are very abusive in their sanction. Never go against them, or you will be banned. Welcome to the E-pal dictatorship. With them you are in North Korea.

Not enough game to put. Putting a custom game won't allow you because Other "Epal user already own it" It doesn't make sense. How you gonna add game that doesn't have much information for that custom game you'd want to put when System only allowed you to put this rank N/A and N/A on this gameplay. Like dude, Don't put custom game For employees to make and you're not allowed new Epal Employees to add custom games. Their excuses of not allowing "Custom game name cannot be the same with the other games provided by E-Pal platform." I cannot recommended platform to those whom wanna try out trying out to be an E-gamers.
