Total disaster. Constant disservice for 2 years, with an average "speed" of less than 1Mbps. Fed up after fruitlessly opening dozens of tickets that only give fleeting fixes, last of which has tech assistance confirm that issue isn't solvable because the cell is too trafficked (here's a thought: how about not accepting more subscriptions than your embarrassingly inadequate infrastructure can handle?!), I contact admin to ask for at least a partial re-embursement, and I get told that it isn't possible because the speed was above the minimum guaranteed, which is around 700kpbs. Insulting to say the least. What a farce of a company. Worst experience ever. I hope they go out of business.

Firstly, we haven't got internet installed for 1 month after established contract and payment (were paying for the service without having internet installed). Finally, after several reminders we got the internet installed in our apartment, no compensation for the paid month without internet service. We have accepted this, since we finally got the internet to work, thanks God!
Secondly, internet service worked for 3 month, now the router/internet service is down, contacted EOLO after 2 days with the hope it is temporary issue and several attempts to restart the router. During the call last week, we’re promised a new router within 24-72 hours, which didn’t happen. Got to contact the customer service again today to remind/check the situation (no English speaking consultant available). Now, we need to wait another 2-3 days for the new router. One week without internet, but we are still paying for the service. Eolo would not send the technician to check what is wrong, the customer service is just super slow and insufficient. Very disappointed and based on my personal experience, which I described above, would not recommend to buy Eolo.
Please also observe below comment from EOLO as a confirmation of above mentioned quality of service. I left my personal phone number as an answer to Eolos inquiry and nobody contacted me to find out the reference number of this case.

Although the speed is acceptable, when it works, the technical support is extremely poor/absent. Since 10 days we are with no internet connection and despite repeated calls and written request for help no one is calling/coming to fix the problem. I will now terminate the contract with Eolo and if requested will discourage others to subscribe as the treatment is really inadequate and unfair. Paola C.

We used EOLO since 10 years as we had no alternativesThe Internet was never great and it was impossibile to listen to Music or watch Video!
We used the house only during summer and asked EOLO every year to fix the antenna or the receiver but nobody showed up in 10years!
Recently I switched to a 4/5 G Router and what a difference for less than half the cost we now have perfect internet and can enjoy Videos and Music.

Update january 10th - I managed to solve the problem myself. It turned out that the credentials given by the technician, was incorrect. This doesn't change the problem that Eolo haven't reported back on my first case since december 20th and the second reported december 30th.
Have had Eolo for more than 4 years and was basically happy with the connection and when I needed it the support. As I needed to work more from home, I decided to upgrade the connection. As part of the upgrade I had a new antenna installed and for the first 4 days, everything worked fine, but then at the point where the old contract was closed, I lost connection. I created a support ticket (no. 16731327A) on December 19th and got an answer the next day. The answer from Eolo was that everything worked perfectly seen from their side. I have since then tried to document the problem, but haven’t heard anything back since December 20th, even though I have written several times since.
Some days ago I created a new ticket to get things rolling - but as I’m still waiting an answers on this, I thought it was time to share my experiences here on Trustpilot.

Eolo is the only ISP in our area. Their over the phone customer support isn’t bad but to actually get help takes a very long time. The adapter for our router had exposed wires and it took 2 months for it to be replaced. Moreover, be careful what contract you sign. Some of their packages wont allow you to port forward devices this makes video gaming online impossible. If you have the option, go with another ISP. Also, ask if you can expose the host and fully customize your network before you buy. If they say yes, they are likely lying.

I have had a new Eolo installation set up 10 days ago. 10 whole days !
There is still no connection, no internet.
The customer service ranges from kind but useless, to indifferent, to positively hostile - operator number 4109 - looking at you.
I have had 3 lengthy technician visits - the last on Friday for 2 full hours. When they left they said it would all start happening after an additional hour. It didn't of course, so back to the customer service merry-go-round.
The best news they could offer is another tech visit - they will call in 2 working days - so I’m looking now at waiting until Tuesday - so moving into 15 days to even set up another appointment.
I don’t understand how they are even in business.
I’m busy now setting up an appointment with WIND who have more positive reviews. Ib doubt I will get a refund from EOLO, but I just want to see the back of them,

shocking service - paid 350 euro for rapid installation, dish arrive and phoned to get service working and could not log in - was told there was a systems error and cant tell me when it will be fixed. Ask for money back for the rapid part of installation - not listening to me and refused. I then spent an hour on the phone getting no where - was told the a ticked had been raised to solve my problem. An email arrived totally ignoring the fact I cant log in, telling me to log in and this is how it works once your in etc. It said on this ticked that the ticked had been sucessfully resolved when it had not resolved anything. When I responded pointing this out, I got a no reply email saying because ticket satisfied it no longer would respond. What a crap company, such a bunch of amateurs. Would highly recommend not using them.

8 days ago, we had a little storm (15 minutes...). The connection went down and since then our connection is extremely unstable and slow. We have between 3 to 10mb/s speed when it's supposed to be 100mb/s. I opened a customer service ticket and provided 6 screenshots over the past few days of our connection speed taken from test.eolo.it. And guess what, after 8 days NO ANSWER!!! They ignore us completely!!!
EVERY single time it rains (even 10 minutes), the connection goes off and when it comes back in, the speed is extremely low. Sometimes for a few hours, sometimes for DAYS!
This makes it impossible to stream 4K content, play videogames online, or even work from home properly!!!
Eolo refuses to answer our tickets anymore. They refuse to fix our line. They refuse to send a technician. They refuse to refund us anything.
This is absolutely outrageous!!! Never go to Eolo, they aren't reliable, they will not care about you !!!
