Miserabler Service

Ich hatte über die enzo-gastronomia am 15.10. 2025 für den 18.10. 19:30 einen Tisch für 2 Personen bestellt und diesen Termin auch per E-Mail-Rückantwort bestätigt bekommen. Ich bin dann am 18.10. aus Erkrath angereist, um den Geburtstag mit meiner Freundin dort zu feiern. Bei Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass Enzo Betriebsferien bis 23.10.2025 hat. Wie kann es dann obendrein sein, dass man noch am 18.10. eine Erinnerung für die Reservierung erhält? Vor Ort gab es im Garten hinter dem Haus eine geschlossenen Gesellschaft, die offensichtlich durch den Restaurantbesitzer gehalten wurde. Dieser sagte mir, dass ich wohl der zweite Fall wäre, dem das passiert sei. Unfassbar - Was für ein unglaubliches Missmanagement.... Eine lapidare Entschuldigung war alles... Nie wieder Enzo!!!
