Do not recommend ever using Envoi Courier
I ordered from Walmart Canada that uses Envoi for "one-day delivery". It has now been 10 days and I have still not received my product. This was my first (and last) time ordering from Walmart who uses Envoi. Never heard of them but now I hope I never do again. I emailed Envoi asking why the product hasn't been picked up yet. On Walmart's side they are claiming Envoi hasn't picked up the item from 9 days ago while Envoi is claiming Walmart hasn't dropped off the item yet. I emailed Envoi and they are standing by that Walmart hasn't dropped off the product. I followed up to ask what the disconnect was and to look into it further and have 0 response and it's been 7 days. Horrible service or no service.
*In response to Envoi - I have still gotten 0 response via email from "Jam - logistics coordinator" on Dec 17. I shouldn't need to contact your customer service, you should be responding to my emails that have been ignored. I stand by never using Envoi again. FYI Walmart refunded me my order as Envoi did not fulfill it and I purchased the product from Canadian Tire which went smoothly. Happy to pay the higher price vs receiving horrible service and no product. (Jan 29, 2025)
