I started with this “company” in error..I realized my mistake and decided not to compete the application. Unfortunately I had already given them my credit card info, they went ahead and charged me…I tried to cancel immediately, and was told it was too late…they offered me a special deal, which I refused and asked to cancel again, then I was offered a 30% discount…which I also refused…at this point I’m calling my bank to refute the charges…I’m sure my emails should be enough to stop payment…editing to add, when I said I was calling my bank…they said they would give me a full refund… could have been a better review, if they just would have done that to begin with

I was reluctant to mail my passport but was able to track it and received great communication about the status. My old passport arrived a few days before my new one. It was a good experience.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I HAVE WAITED OVER 8 WEEKS FOR MY EXPEDITED SERVICE TO RENEW MY PASSPORT AND PAID OVER $375.00 TO THEM WITH NO PASSPORT AS OF YET. PROMISES WERE MADE & NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. IT IS IN THE HANDS OF AN ATTORNEY AS OF NOW.

This company has held my passport application for 3 months without submitting to the State Dept. They keep saying it is in process but the renewal application is not listed as under review on the State Dept. site. My wife used the regular direct application process and it took 4 weeks in total. I think this company is either incompetent or a scam.

I had a trip booked for Cancun months ago. I saw that my passport had expired. I contacted this company for a rush passport. The application process was so easy to complete. Instruction on mailing forms and old passport was simple. The company got my form overnight. I recieved my new passport in only 4 days later. I was very happy and impressed with the service. It was an extra expense but worth it.

Service was prompt and effective and was very pleased with the outcome and timely delivery of the Passport.

My elderly mother did an internet search for passport renewal and unfortunately Entry was the first thing that popped up.

She was charged over twice what a normal passport renewal fee is via the government website when she really can't afford it.

Now she feels ashamed because she has been taken advantage of like this.

They are the ones that should be ashamed.

This site is a rip off. Paid over $200.00 thinking I would get a passport, failed to read the small print apparently. For my $200 the filled out a couple of pieces of paper (application) and sent back to me and said mail it with $130.00 to State Department in a prepaid envelope they sent me. So the bottom line is they charged me $200 to fill out an application. I went online to the state department, which I thought I was doing first time and applied online. Took 15 minutes paid the for the passport and got in the mail in less than 2 weeks. Entry.Com is a rip off. Beware. Then they had the guts to ask me to share my experience. So here it is.

This company is completely bogus. They charge nearly $200 to print out an application that I had already completed on their website. They have spoofed the US Passport website. Save your money and go straight to the State Department. It is much faster and significantly cheaper.

Just received my new passport yesterday in the mail. This company is the way to go for your passport needs. The process was efficient ( about 6-8 weeks), & trustworthy.
Now I get to travel!

They took my money to renew my passport but they never filed my application with the U.S. Department of State and I cant get anyone on the phone.

All their responses are AI generated and they have NO live people to talk with.

When i made the application i thought it was the government site. I was extremely nervous with my application but after checking the company's credentials i went ahead with the application.
the process went through so smoothly and they kept in touch until i received my Visa.

They took our money and renew our passports but they never filed our applications with the U.S. Department of State and thus we never received our renewals.

After repeated attempts they have refused to refund us.

All their responses are AI generated and they have NO live people to talk with.

APPLIED FOR A PASSPORT RENEWAL THROUGH ENTRY - COMPLETE SCAM - TOOK MY $$$s AND NEVER DELIVERED - HAD TO APPLY FOR A CHARGEBACK ON PAYMENT AND FREEZE MY CREDIT FILES - I SHOULD KNOW BETTER BUT I FELL FOR THEIR LINE OF BS AND YOU NEVER CAN REACH ANYONE...

I had a great experience with Emma, very helpful, quick to respond and professional.

Entry took my money on May 20, 2026 and I have yet to see my passport (8/22/26). They lied and said my application was in queue with the Passport Center. The Passport Center knew nothing about it. They also said they couldn't refund my money but instead offered me lame options as a passport holder. Next stop: NJ Consumer Affairs Office. Don't deal with these people!

I had a good experience with Emma Brooks. Fast and accurate replies. Very good service.

Don't use. Continual run around and no passport. AI replies to my concerns were always timely but nothing ever got done. Finally went to the official government site. I would consider this site a scam.
