I was also led to believe this was a government site. It didn’t occur to me until the we are late. Emails came and I started reading what they were saying. I noticed they changed their site. I had put in the state department passport and it looked like the state department official site. Now it looks like a holiday site. And the company I found is in Puerto Rico bad experience all the way around.

Doesn’t delete personal information when asked.
Spams you and refuses to stop.
Get your passport yourself, it’s just as easy and saves you money. It also saves you from getting spammed daily from this company

It’s a scam company in Puerto Rico. Package they sent back did not have the approved passport photo I sent them. They asked for additional $130 (after I paid them $167), and supposedly would send the $130 to US Dept of State. WARNING….AVOID THEM!

I thought it was as the official govt website. It wasn’t. After nine weeks they had not filed my wife’s application with the State Dept and they had lost mine. They refused to refund our money. Very bad experience.

I too was misled by the portal. It popped up first in my search and looked like an official website. Filled out the information but in the back of my mind was wondering why a current photo was not requested. At the summary & review page, read the "Due Today" amounts but then saw that a "Due Later" fee for government services of $130 was also called out. Backed out of the payment page, and as I went I deleted some data in fields, but sadly not all. Hoping personal info will not be retained beyond the 31 days stated in a reply to another reviewer. Hope this tip helps others.

(SCAM) this website was very misleading over and over they said I could go through them and get my passport and in the end they charged me $148 to fill out an application and mail it to me and book a appointment…. Then I had to pay $160 to actually get my passport.. when I went to my appointment to send out my application the United States Postal Service informed me that I had been scammed. They said I should not have been charged for them to fill out my passport application and schedule my appointment. Unfortunately, it is too late for me to dispute the charge with my bank. I am battling their customer service to see if I can get anything refunded. Overall I say they’re a scam. They are very misleading and they charge way too much for services that hardly helped me at all.

I thought I am renewing my passport from the real government site, instead very upset finding out this is a third party after being charged twice fist $217 yesterday snd $147 today. Their email is very deceiving using and linking the government’s site to renew. I am already financially broke and being deceived like this is not right. They should have said they are a third party to process passports etc. This is my first time writing a review that shows how upset I am.

I use this company to renew my passport not only did they not process it correctly. They had a problem with the photo they made me redo the photo a couple of times ended up having to print the photo myself then had it returned because the photo was unacceptable. This company is no good. I’ve used other companies in the past with no problems. I ended up having to cancel my trip to China losing out on a great experience as well as some nonrefundable payments horrible, horrible, horrible company.
