We have had a few doors off entrance now, I really like the quality of the door and the welds on the frame look seamless and are a very high standard, I have not yet had any warranty issues, but if that service is as good as before, and during your not going to have a problem.

Had a door installed through a builder when having a porch put on the house. unfortunately both window sections in door constantly unclip and have to be pushed back together. On contacting them as within 10 year guarantee, got told it had to be the builder who contacts them as he bought the door from them, and can't do anything unless he does. Builder is no longer trading so beware if you're a householder, guarantee is with the building company not you. Would have thought there would be a batch number they could check to see it was their door and when it was made, but apparently not or they don't care.

We purchased a Blue composite door from NextGen glazing and doors in Barnsley. We were very pleased with quality of the door and side windows. However we did find some areas of underspray on the frames and a few transit marks where white showed through the blue. NextGen contacted Entranceway for us and arranged for their sprayer to come and respray the entire unit. The sprayer, Freddie, masked up the whole unit and sprayed to a very high standard.

We have been buying the majority of our composite doors from Entrance now for well over 3 years & have to say the quality & service is excellent. doors usually always delivered on time but if not we always get a heads up & reason for any delays. We purchased an Entrance composite door, installed by Sign Windows of Leicester in March 2023.
The quality is appalling, leaks, warped, doesn't close properly and allows a significant draught through. Totally unfit for purpose.
Should you be thinking of having an Entrance composite door installed we urge you in the strongest possible terms to reconsider.
