Placed an order in November. They did provide tracking that appeared to stop once the item reached the US. It is now February and no delivery. I have emailed them many times, and they just reply with excuses. I believe this company just SCAMS people. Friends have ordered also and received no merchandise.
ordered item Nov 1. now 6 weeks later no item-no shipping updates since Nov 29 and emails to company now bounce back as undeliverable. Very Dissappointed
I ordered a necklace on September 15 but have not received it. The company has been emailed twice. A reply was received, but I suspect it was AI generated.
Very deceptive advertising.
I paid $37.00 for a nice camping chair. The ad showed every feature of the chair, so I made the purchase. What they sent me was a screen cover for any generic chair. The company apologized for the error and offered me $3.00 compensation.
I have friends who have also has VERY bad experiences with this company. DO NOT BUY from them. It's not a complete SCAM, but they are bait and switch with no customers satisfaction.
