Issue solved by Rishika!
We were experiencing an issue with the new Passkey log-ins, and after months of striving and poor correspondence in trying to get setup with the new system and getting nowhere, Rishika swooped in and provided us with exactly the level of support we needed!
In one day, Rishika was able to provide a solution for our issue and allow us to access our account again, something that we weren't able to do for a while and which was having consequences for us and our fundraisers.

Easy service to use to donate money to your favourite charities. You also get confirmation direct from the charity once processed, so you know the money is getting to the right place. Customer service was also excellent. I had chosen a monthly donation by mistake, instead of a one off payment. I contacted customer service via email about the issue. They were so polite and helpful.
