I had tickets for Marc Anthony in Marbella and the date changed, but the service of this company sucked, because they didn’t inform until the same day. I was coming from another country, so no way I was going to make it. And they didn’t want to refund it, because their terms states that I should have done it until 2 days before. How was I supposed to ask for refund on the 29th, when I didn’t know the date has changed.

We purchased tickets for Marc Anthony in Jun 21. This company never informed us the concert was moved. And they don’t want to replace the tickets for other date nor return the money
