Good.
The initial process of finding the flat was amazing, the agent I was in contact with, Jop, was incredible. He was responsive, helpful in every way, going above and beyond! I am writing this having lived in the apartment for only about a week so my opinions may change for better or for worse over the course of the 6 months I will be with enter co living over all, but so far it’s been great!

The team told us the deposit refund is done and that they made an exception by refunding part of the deposit while by contract, we wouldn´t have been obligated to do it (this by the way also caused the delay). Terrible assistance
It's a shame that I have to come here and make a public statement about a company with so many positive notes. What happens is that the company does not respect the deadline specified in the contract for returning the guarantee within 30 days. 40 days have passed and the company is unable to give me clear information about when the refund will be made. Here's a warning for anyone thinking about renting a room through Enter Coliving: they are terrible at providing assistance after you leave the apartment.
