Everything is okey

Everything is okey, transfer to hispital was comfortable .. but it would be better if communication between insurance and hospital would be more faster , while waiting confirmation for analysis

For the first time in many years and…

For the first time in many years and after a large number of trips, I had to use travel insurance. From the moment I reached out until I left the surgeon’s office, only one day passed. Excellent communication and service. I’m very grateful and highly recommend it!

I liked the bot experience

I liked the bot experience and that it was human-supported. I received informative and quick responses.
This is very important when you feel bad and stressed abroud. One thing that could be improved is that the partner company in Chile has challenges contacting me on What's up (they were trying to do this via their business chat and that didn't work). But in the end I got a doctor's appointment on the same say and received a good service. Thank you!

Quick help in an emergency situation

I am so thankful to all the team for the quick help in am emergency situation. My daughter's got sick in our vacation (stomach pain) in Bulgaria. Ensuria helped us to find a doctor and treatment emediatly after I wrote them a message. Now my girls feel much better. I am so thankful to the team. They are professionals. Thank you!!!

I`ve got a lot of problems instead of support

Unfortunately we had bought insurance from Respect and Ensuria was Asistant company. During the insurance period the person under insurance felt really bad and we had to call emergency and went to hospital. It took us almost 30 minutes just to register the accident and get allowance to call to emergency. Later in the hospital we received information that all expenses need to be covered by ourselves and only after returning back to the country of residence we can apply for the compensation. Insurance company says that Assist suggested such a solution. Assistance company says that this is a recommendation from the Insurance company. So it looks to be long process to get my money back. 
ENSURIA and RESPECT are the companies that cannot be trusted. Just be aware that instead of support you will get a lot of problems

We’re currently reviewing the situation internally and coordinating with the insurer to understand better what went wrong and how we can help resolve it as swiftly as possible.

If you could share your case number or policy details with us privately, we’ll make sure a dedicated team member follows up with you directly to assist in expediting the claims process and ensure your concerns are addressed fairly.
