My experience was really good, the items are of good quality and matched the pictures and the description.

Each time I am more and more amazed by how amazing the jewelry and the customer service is!
There was a tiny issue with a bracelet I ordered and the minute I emailed about it I got a response very quickly and they took me seriously and sent me a new bracelet.

I waited months for these silver hoops to be restocked and they broke the second time I wore them. Cheap, poor quality product. What a waste of money.

I bought 3 things from these guys for my girlfriend, for how expensive alot of their items are (comparable to hey harper) these items feel alot more plastic / cheap. Some cool designs but just feel cheap and like I could've found it in a street stall. Would recommend brands like hey harper over these.

I've purchased a few pieces of jewellery from En Route over the past year and have loved every single one of them. The quality is beautiful, the pieces are unique, and they always arrive exactly as pictured.

Most recently, I purchased the Gold Waterdrop Necklace and I've been absolutely obsessed with it. I've received so many compliments while wearing it, and people are constantly asking me where I bought it from. It's become one of my favourite everyday pieces and goes with everything.

The experience with En Route Jewelry was just amazing! The ordering process worked out very well when I ordered a gift for my friend. I bought two great pieces, a bracelet and a ring. Nothing wrong with the bracelet, it still is awesome and in great condition. The ring is beautifull, however the gold layer is fading really fast. Delivery was fast and clear. There are a lot more pieces I want to buy in the future for my girlfriend so my wishlist is stacked. Overall amazing, the only negative being one ring of dissapointing quality.
