Engaño publicitario. El servicio comercial te asegura que puedes atender una segunda llamada entrante pero es mentira. Después de horas de pruebas nos avisa el depto. técnico que no se puede. Perdida de tiempo y dinero.

Pésimo servicio al cliente
Pésimo servicio al cliente, sin respuesta durante meses después de varios recordatorios, claramente desprecio total hacia los clientes que intentan obtener ayuda con el servicio contratado que claramente no pueden brindar.
He cancelado toda relación con ellos y solo puedo aconsejar a otros que se mantengan alejados de esta empresa. Una pena que aquí no exista la opción de estrella negativa.
