Thankful that Oliver and Hans, the team, respond well to customer questions and work to make things right from the customer experience.

I now regret my previous review. I bought my watch 18 months ago and reviewed it too soon! The strap has now failed. It is a dive watch, with a stainless steel strap and a security clasp to prevent the strap from accidentally opening and the watch coming off. The security clasp has broken and the strap is no longer secure. The clasp is beautifully engraved with the enoksen name, yet on contacting Enoksen, they tell me that the strap isn't considered part of the watch and they don't guarantee them - even though they proudly stamp their name on it. So beware, what you might consider to be a watch is actually only part of the watch. Straps aren't included and there is no goodwill from Enoksen. If I could submit a photo I would, its a small part but critical.

Update. I have been asked to remove a member of staff's name, so I have. The company has been in touch subsequently but the damage is done - it doesn't help when they tell me that the item seems to be damaged and that is probably the cause of the failure. It is not damaged in any way.
I will respond to them, but I have other priorities that I have to deal with. The whole thing leaves a sour taste.

I purchased the Original Enoksen Deep Dive back in 2019 and it has never really been off my wrist four years later. It still looks like new despite the abuse its been through (I live and work by the sea). This one has a Seiko NH35A movement which has proved extremely reliable over the years.
I have recently upgraded to the new Swiss STP Movement Deep Dive and all I can say is wow!. Looks fantastic as well and less bulkier on the wrist.
It is the most accurate of all my automatics by far roughly + or - a second every 48hrs if that.
Coupled with the fantastic service as always by Enoksen these watches are amongst the very best out there.
