This store is scamming their customers! The bad reviews are taken down because the owner of Enklereliv flag the reviews "to be fake", and Trustpilot asks for receipt for purchase, but the real reason people don't want to share the receipt with reference number is because the owner of this store sends fake orders to its customers, and threats them to take away the bad reviews! Meaning we want to stay anonymous.

We take accusations like this very seriously, and this is not something we recognize ourselves in at all. We do not send out products without orders, nor do we contact customers to influence or remove reviews.
Regarding Trustpilot, they sometimes ask for documentation like a receipt to verify that a review is based on a real purchase, this is something Trustpilot manages independently to ensure fairness for both customers and businesses.
We also want to be transparent and say that we haven’t been very active on Trustpilot in the past, which is why responses (like this one) may come quite late.
