They use autogiro for an insurance that you dont need and take money from the account. Customer service is busy most of time. They try to sneak in their third party insurance with hope of getting a loan. Then they claim you have 14 days to withdraw from insurace payment. All legit insurance companies have digital cancellation option with just using a click but these scammers dont have this option until you call them and them to cancel it.

When you as a customer accept an offer through us, you may sometimes receive options for different insurance products that we recommend based on your situation. These are always voluntary, and of course, you can choose to proceed without them. When you sign up for an insurance product, you also receive a confirmation in the form of pre-purchase and post-purchase information as well as the full terms and conditions.
Please note that every insurance policy comes with a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of signing. This means that if you change your mind, you need to actively contact us within that period to cancel the insurance product. Even if your loan is not disbursed, the insurance remains valid until you notify us that you wish to withdraw from it.
Just like other insurance companies, we provide several channels for our customers to cancel their insurance. You are always welcome to contact us either by phone or e-mail, and we will make sure to assist you with the cancellation immediately.
