Rented a 6 metre RIB with 150 Hp motor…
Rented a 6 metre RIB with 150 Hp motor for 4 hours. The tank was supposed to be full upon pick up. It showed full on the fuel gauge. We took a short trip at low speed, the motor was running at very low revs for about 40 minutes. Upon returning the boat I had to fill the tank myself, because the staff at Enjoyboats.eu were incompetent and unable to do so. By the time the tank was full, the cost of the fuel was just under 100 Euros / ca. 2 Euros pr litre. We could NOT have used 50 litres of fuel on that short trip. So this means the tank was not full upon picking up the boat. I noted this to the staff and was promised a refund for the excessive fuel bill. They have still not sent the refund and are no longer answering my messages. This is very unprofessional and unnecessary behaviour for a few Euros.
