I didn’t get my order
I didn’t get my order. I have emailed customer support many times and they keep sending me the same exact email telling me to contact the post office. The tracking number is not a good tracking number according to the post office. The order status said my order was deliver in Florida. I live in Arkansas. I have sent several pictures of my order, my order number, the order status that it was delivered to Florida and what the post office is saying. I can’t get customer service to contact me with a legit answer. The order cost me $80. I can’t get an answer. I was ordering the magic bottles with the squishy. I order for all my grandkids and now I’m out the money. I wish someone would just contact me and fix the problem. My order has my correct address and the tracking says ordered in Florida. I really can’t afford to lose $80. Negative Stars unless someone contacts me or fixes the issues.

Not happy
First I was charged not the price y'all had listed and was reimbursed when I showed proof. Then I didn't get the quantity I ordered. I bought 4 and it was suppose to be a 2 pack, so 4x2=8. I didn't receive 8. I received 4 single jars. Total rip off. They weren't even packaged. Way too expensive!
