Dont give your money, they'll disappear again...

Company that used to be good turned into scamming customers with Crypto.

In the past, our community used Enjin CMS. It worked GREAT, had GREAT integration, minecraft server plugin, the possibility to have a online webstore communicating with the EnjinMinecraftPlugin and so much, much more.
Suddenly, some features stopped working. Where in the past tickets would get resolved very quickly, nobody was replying anymore. After a few months (without even getting an email from them) i found out that they were (probably, people on forums were guessing because they were also been completely left in the dark) completely abandoning CMS and would go fully focused on Crypto. Without even informing your monthly paying customers about this?!?
And no possibility to "download" your own complete website (which you have paid for) so you can manually upload to a new host?
DO NOT TRUST your money with this company, they can just "run off" with your money whenever they like, just like they did with CMS!

Completely Abandoned

A little of a year ago, Enjin completely abandoned their CMS project will zero communication from Enjin execs to any customers. We were given one year of free Ultimate and were told it would never expire. While it indeed has not expired, nothing has been fixed in that time and the site is quite literally unusable at this point. We cannot even submit tickets because the ticket page is down. Site owners are forced to bug the Enjin Coin/NFT discord mods for help because we have no where else to turn. There is only one enjin website mod active on their support forums and even she hasn't received communication about what's going on. Save your time and energy and just make a site elsewhere.

Also if you happen to be searching for reviews of their cryptocurrency, know that this is how they treated thousands of paying customers when the next promise of a big pay day rolled around. They'll drop you guys just as fast as they dropped us.

Enjin, I recommend it and here is why

Although they do get a lot of negative feedback, I believe the price suits what you get. I have the advanced plan, I'm able to customize things as I see fit and do so in a user friendly fashion. I won't pretend I'm anything near a web designer, so Enjin makes it easy. I've been with them for nearly two years and haven't noticed any downtime.

I wouldn't recommend going anything higher than the advanced plan. $30 a month seems a little steep for this sort of thing.

I will agree though, their customer support does lack / is non existent. You can expect to wait anywhere from days to weeks to have a simple question answered. Sometimes they just don't answer at all. But again, you get what you pay for and this is fairly cheap when your community chips in for payments.

They don't respond to tickets

They don't respond to tickets, not even if you have bought their service. Multiple functions don't work, most importantly confirmation emails upon registration to a website. It never arrives.
They do respond to their crypto currency service from time to time, but it seems like they want to avoid lawluits by simply making people leave, instead of just shutting down the service.

From what I can understand this has been a problem for the past 3-4 years, but I don't know if it started before or after they started fiddling with crypto currency.

For now their service is as useless as praying to God.

Hello,

I got billed 8.99 after someone in my clan paid for a full year. Please kindly, replace my money. Thank you.

Make sure you read ALL of the notices before you get it!
