Really frustrated with Eniig/Waoo !

Really frustrated with Eniig/Waoo !! Due to the aquistition (Norlys) and merger with Stofa, they terminated all subscriptions but strongly encouraged customers to move to norlys/stofa. I decided not to, but it has been near impossible to find out what the cancellation process is and how we should return the equipment without being penalised. No clear information can be found on their website(s) and no information provided upon termination - Its like one is being punished for not continuing with them - definately a bad lasting experience that encourages me not to recommend them in the future !!

Waiting in line for support as I'm…

Waiting in line for support as I'm writing, 2 hours and counting. Yesterday I waited for 1 hour, had the rep tell me that my issue was resolved and I should be good to go. I was sceptical, foreseeing another phone-in marathon today in case he wasn't correct, and asked politely for some easy way to follow up. But nope, here we are... Normally I've experienced this company as very professional, but maybe some of their executives should rethink their career choices after deciding to onboard thousands of new customers without ramping up customer service resources. Equally uncool to workers and customers alike.

Thanks for taken the time to write this review - even though you only give us 1 star.

Im sad to hear, that we didnt offer to check up on you the day after. That would have been the right thing to do considering the waiting times we have at the moment.

We have hired and scraped every single employee there is, and alot of the executives are actually on the phone these times. So we are doing what we can - knowing its not always enough.

Simply the best connection

Simply the best connection, speed and stability in the market. I’ve been on the fiber since the early stages and after more than 10 years it is still the best choice when it comes to internet.
