Wow found a glass candle pot missing from one of my centre pieces ordered dispatched and received within few days amazing service thank you

I ordered a piece of ceramic art from this company as a gift for a family member. I had originally seen it scrolling through another app so I went to the website to buy it. I reached out to see if they had it in any other colours and I was very pleased with the customer service I received, very quick response and great communication throughout.

After ordering it arrived 2 days later, so super quick delivery and it was well packed.

I originally saw the piece in grey but ended up buying it in pink. Since then I have bought the grey and a white and each is lovely and very unique.

I have recommended them to my friends and family that have commented and will continue to do so.

This company only has one policy for dealing with customers.
They don’t.
We were satisfied with the candles purchased from them, the cost, the delivery time and condition but they smelt very unpleasant (in an unlit state). Two emails pointing this out were ignored so we phoned. Very unpleasant to deal with, they had just two lines of conversation, “ you can’t send it back if it’s opened” and “you’re being very rude I’ll put the phone down”. We weren’t being rude at all and pointed out politely that the only way we would know they smelt was by opening them. We had all of the packaging so not a problem we offered to pay return. Just kept trotting out the same two lines. So your choice but my advice is don’t touch this company you’ll regret it.
