very poor costumer service
very poor costumer service. i bought computer with them 1 year ago i paid 3 years waranty now they dont reply with my emails
Unresponsive and Unprofessional
Have a faulty GPU and needed to claim warranty. However, they are not answering my countless emails nor phone calls. Looks like they want to dodge any warranty claim to reduce costs for them.
Started well, non-existant customer service
Order delivered on time, packaged carefully. Computer has been running smoothly for months until an issue with of my computer fans. Emailed support, week later ZERO response. Called twice, phone rings out and no one answers. Tried online chat during business hours, chat is offline.
What started out as a good experience has now turned into terrible experience. At this stage would steer clear of dealing with Enigma because if you have an issue then no one will get back to you.
I bought a Gaming PC from EnigmaPC…
I bought a Gaming PC from EnigmaPC around 3 months ago, I paid $1,450 including all shipping costs and insurance. The Gaming PC specs were good for the price, however upon recieving the package I had a couple of issues:
1. An entire 1TB HDD was not even installed, so had them to send it to me and get installed myself (inconvenience and took a lot of time talking through customer service via email)
2. The Fans made a loud buzzing sort of sound when the PC was turning on, idle or even intense tasks like gaming or 3d modelling.
3. The RGB on the ram would not change, I've tried all the softwares, including RGB Fusion, SignalRGB, OpenRGB, updated all drivers, resetted the PC it just stayed on static. As well as one of the 8gb stick didn't work, as soon as I inserted it and turned the PC on it didn't work at all. I changed the ram to Corsair DDR4 32GB and it worked perfectly fine with absolutely no issues at all.
4. Customer service was not as helpful as I expected, I've purchased other PC's and Laptops from companies like Dell and Scorptec and never had a single issue, always had my products fixed or fast communication and helpful.
5. I wanted to send the ram back and get it fixed but there would be no insurance when sending the PC back during shipping, so I did not want to take the risk and send a $1450 PC through Australia Post and not having any insurance covered. So warranty is pretty much useless.
In Summary, please don't make the same mistake as I did, waited an entire month because of Christmas holidays and new year holidays and other things along the way. Please avoid at all costs, buy from other reputable brands such as : TechFast, Scorptec, Dell etc.

Very pleased with my computer build and super impressed with how easy Enigma were to contact when I had a little trouble plugging things in for the first time (user error)
Great PC - Aurora R3 Black
Engima ran out of the original motherboard in the pc I ordered, then accidentally left up the ad for the non-ozbargain sale price of the same pc. After they quickly took it down they then offered me a different motherboard for cost price, which was great. The pc itself has been fantastic, no issues at all :)
Really bad
Really bad - Bought son a computer for Christmas and it doesn’t work….
They are now closed until 12th Jan and can’t be contacted.
the compensation is kind of meh
I ordered a 4070 PC and I was told that windforce 4070 wasn't avaliable they swapped it with a low end PNY 4070. As a compensation they gave an additional 256GB SSD that is a second hand one after I have checked. It's been used for 1000 hours plus.
The case is not MSI MAG case that I have ordered, it's a deepcool 360 black case. RAM is not the same as what I have selected to be, it's been swapped to G skill instead of Adata. I guess it's fine if you swap it with the same tier stuff. But why don't you just tell me that these weren't avaliable.
I had an promotion to get an additional WD BALCK 4TB. But you ended up giving me the 2TB version. Do you just pretend that people wouldn't notice?
I guess the value comes fairly at the end. So I'd give a 3 star.
to reply to you. My bad. I remembered things wrong. It's just the additional 256GB SSD that has been used for 1000 hours plus bothers me. I'd give it a 4 star.

Excellent service and responsiveness!
Excellent service and responsiveness! Had some hiccups setting up the PC at home, post-delivery. Luckily, Nick from Enigma went far above and beyond to help me get my PC up and running in time.
Great price and Service
Black Friday gaming PC deal was an amazing price and they don't just use cheap parts to increase margin. It had decent case and parts in it, shipped with proper padding and respectable turnaround time.

This was a very pain free experience :) There were plenty of customisation options for the PC and when they had no stock of the case I wanted, they offered a similar alternative.

Great communication from them about the status of the PC and delivery timeframes.
The computer is very well built, and everything is working brilliantly.

the pc and price is great, but having to wait so long for it to come and also being asked to u increase my specs because the website does not reflect stock is annoying
