While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I wanted to fill up my rental car with standard diesel. But before I got out of the car the guy of the fuel station was already filling up my car. With expensieve high class diesel which was 50 eurocents per liter more expensive. Total ripp off. The immediately recognise tourists as their new victim.

SCAM by two employees…

Was subject to a SCAM by two employees of the ENI near Catania airport. The fill-up employee put 60 euros in my car . I went to pay inside with Mastercard. The inside employee charges 80 euros. When I complain they give me 20euros cash.

I'm robbed

I called agent and explained that we were on your gass station trying to put some oil to our car. We put 20€ in machine, selected pump no.1 ....and couldn't get any oil. Machine gave us the bill where it say "resto 20€" but we didn't get our money back either. The agent took my email address and phone number and said I will receive email with information how I will get our money back. But I didn't received anything. I'm robbed. It's really not nice being in foreign country and being robbed, especially robbed by gass station machine.

Shame on you

Please do not trade with this company as an SME…

This is the worst kind of company to deal with when it comes to energy.
I sent an email to alessandro tiani in 2020 asking him to confirm a particular transaction with NAOC/AGIP in PortHarcourt nigeria but he never responded even till date. I asked for confirmation in the event that I have been scammed of thousands of pounds which I put in the transaction. I never got a response and even the staff in finance and other departments were demanding for money before we could be paid and I find this really absurd for a multinational company like this.Even after sending the invoice in last year, up till now no payment have been received even when they have taken delivery of the product. I have francis anyikwa, precious woboroma and john akomaye all been part of this ploy to fleece my company of thousands of pounds.
