If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered once the BOGO special, only received one (so half of my order). Then was just charged again. The shipping takes FOREVER! WEEKS!! The sent doesn’t even smell good! Highly do not recommend! I’ve reached out to the company 4 times with no response! even reported fraud on my card and had to turn off my card.

These "pheromone" scents did NOTHING like in the ads. Ladies don't be fooled - they are nothing but very small sample perfumes. Like the small kind you'd get in the department stores years ago. AND - they somehow put me in an "autoship" and charged me AGAIN for the same watered down liquid.

So, long story short — first, they sell a product that doesn’t exist as advertised. It’s not in any way a pheromone perfume, and it definitely doesn’t work like in the videos on their website.

Secondly — and this is the most concerning part — a month after I purchased their tester set, they charged my account again and sent me an email saying another set of testers was on the way. I never placed that order; they simply charged me without consent.

I immediately emailed their customer service but haven’t received any reply — it’s been two days now. As a result, I had to cancel my card, and my bank is currently disputing the charge.

I bought to try, but just wasn't a fan of 3/4 scents. I couldn't find where to cancel and reached out to customer service. They replied quickly, cancelled my subscription immediately and even was able to cancel the order that has just gone through and get me a refund. Amazing customer service.

The company called Enhanced Scents, is actually a business listed under the name Cured when charged.

After reading all these reviews about them placing you in a subscription automatically, I emailed their Zendesk to request my account to be canceled and deleted.

They have never responded back to that email. I've sent about 5 emails now. They've said they sent me my next order and because it takes over a month to arrive, they're going to try to take more money out of my account.

I used PayPal as my issuer of payment and submitted a request to have them stopped.
I've removed the so called subscription payment there.

No permission granted. So sneaky.

No pheromone activity in these bottles btw. No man notices, no man cares. They do have great actors working for them. Their marketing is convincing. But they should be removed.

Three out of four of these perfumes don’t smell good. Also, when you order, they sign you up on a subscription without your upfront knowledge, so you keep receiving your initial order every month. Don’t fall for it. Don’t buy.

This company will sign you up for their subscription service using a very sly technique. If you don't read the information following the order "submit" button, you will not catch the subscription button being checked. This is a scam that many online businesses are using to get extra money out of you. They will charge you the first month fee and when you cancel you get nothing out of the deal. PLEASE READ everything BEFORE hitting the submit button.

DO NOT BUY….I saw an Instagram review and placed an order. They automatically subscribed me to a monthly subscription which I was not aware of. To date, I have not received my order. I am so annoyed with this company. Such a scam for them to automatically add you to a monthly subscription which subscription

I made a purchase, and later noticed I’ve been billed every month since then. They enrolled me in a monthly club without my consent, charged my debit card, and didn’t even mail me the product I’ve been unknowingly paying for.

The product I originally purchased, the scent smells okay, but fades quickly and doesn’t work as advertised.

This is a SCAM company. Not only do they not send your products, but they steal content from individual creators. Every video ad you see is stolen content.

Such fast response and with half assed information I gave and they found my order. I am so tired and didn't even say please and thank you like a normal nice human should or could and dang if they were still helpful. I am excited for the product and hope it is just as awesome.

I bought product from shop number 29 ,for 10000Kes , i have been told by the casher not to spray to smell , i have been told by the casher that it is last pice , when get home i realize it is the fake one that normally sold for 1600 Kes . The lady wanted not to give the bag without adress but i asked to get it .
I completely lost the trust , i dont recommend niether shop 29 in kilimani in Nairobi nor any other shop of this company

I ordered enhanced, I don't liked the scent, only one I really liked is the original scent, But the exotic one is too strong smell like a lots of roses 🌹 and the other one jasmine kiss, smells liked a lot of fresh Fruits with rose's, I don't LIKED none of them, But my daughter does.. I will not be ordering from Enhanced scents no more,

Don’t buy scents from these people. They will sign you up for their subscription and then run your card monthly without an ok from you. I got a full refund after going back and forth with them for over 2 weeks. They did tell me that they have had alot of complaints from others with the same issue and that they know they are not being clear on subscription. Crazy they were honest but wouldn’t give refund for awhile. Stay away from them or they will sign you up for their subscription and take your money monthly without no ok from you.

They sign you up for a monthly subscription that is a pain to cancel. The “perfume” is worthless and not what it claims. Might as well be dollar store junk. Customer service is a joke and the website is a hassle to navigate. Shipping also takes forever. Stay far away.
