They sent an expensive $2500 ebike…

They sent an expensive $2500 ebike…
They sent an expensive $2500 ebike without pedals, tools for putting the bike together, and it is not clear that the two batteries were shipped either.

I have tried contacting them through their published channels. There is absolutely no response. Published telephone numbers on their website don’t work. They have multiple websites in different countries that are simply order fronts. Investigate further and discover that ENGWE IS LOCATED IN HONG KONG!! Now i have to dispute the charges on my credit card.

BUYER BEWARE - things are great if you get your bike in tact. BUT IF SOMETHING GETS F’d up SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!
