Our monthly subscription automatically assigns 10 class credits, which are designed to be used within that specific monthly subscription period. At the end of each subscription month, these credits expire, and a new set of 10 credits is assigned for the next month and so forth.
We strive to communicate all relevant details about credit availability and expiration during the sign-up process and on our student platform, and we apologize if this information was unclear. Unfortunately, as these credits have already expired, they cannot be reinstated.

Not access to resources
I recently booked my IELTS exam date through the British Council, based on a recommendation from my IELTS instructor. I was particularly attracted by the IELTS Ready Premium package and the special September Discount Bonanza.
However, it has been over 10 days since I booked my exam, and I still haven't received access to these services. I’ve heard that the British Council is experiencing technical issues due to the inundation resulting from the discount. If they were not prepared to handle the influx, it seems misleading to have attracted customers with these promises.
With my exam scheduled for October 5, it appears I may not benefit from the promised services due to these ongoing issues. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend the British Council Nepal to others.

Estoy muy decepcionado con este curso. Después de comparar varios como Open English, Ef English live, UOC, UNED, escogí este por la seriedad de la escuela. Lo llaman curso online cuando en realidad son clases en directo online. No hay material de respaldo, ni curso paralelo, ni ejercicios de gramática, ni reedings, ni absolutamente nada aparte de las 5 ( 10 o 15 ) clases que te entran con tu paquete de suscripción. Tanta web, tanta história y no dejan claro ( seguro que a propósito ) una cosa tan obvia! Esto NO ÉS UN CURSO, esto SON CLASES SUELTAS con profesores EN GRUPO o INDIVIDUALES, menudo timo! Y nadie lo pone por ningún lado, me parece increible...

I am very disappointed with this course. After comparing several options like Open English, EF English Live, UOC, UNED, I chose this one because of the school's reputation. They call it an online course when in reality it's just live online classes. There is no supporting material, no parallel course, no grammar exercises, no readings, absolutely nothing besides the 5 (10 or 15) classes included in your subscription package. This is not a course; these ARE JUST ISOLATED CLASSES with teachers, either IN GROUPS OR INDIVIDUALLY!. What a scam! And nobody mentions this anywhere, I find it unbelievable...

The British Council doesn't care about quality
I started over a year ago and had a very good teacher until recently they gave me a very bad one who just read from the slides and couldn't even have a conversation with me. When I contacted customer support they just sent me an automated response. I have to cancel my subscription because the quality of teaching is not what it was.

I don't like that there were some teachers who only read the slides on the pptx
I don't like that the students were mixed in differents levels. In one group you can stay with begginers and advanced learners.

Dear Revolut Customer Service Assistant…as per the message received from the British Council English Online, I would like to clarify that I requested a refund within 24 hours of paying for the course, which is basically something different, I was not buying a course for an EILTS TEST exam!!! ………. I bought a normal English language course to study English, that their sales manager was supposed to call me and never called me, neither by phone nor ever, that this has nothing to do with the rules of satisfied or not satisfied customers, here there is a serious communication error by the British Council English online that upon understanding that I was not on the right platform for a language course, they should have immediately contacted me and made me the right offer for a language course, reason that pushes me to declare it as an online scam, if someone wants an exam they say I want to take an exam or test, instead I wanted a language course and they took advantage of my trust and ignorance on the web, believing that it was an English language course and my good faith, Please help me get a full refund because it was a completely different service!
