Poor customer serive, took my direct debit 3 times and I reported it straight away, been 3 weeks and they sill have even started the refund!
Easy to take money but it seems hard to give it back.

I visited with my daughter 2 grandsons and my mum.
My grandson is autistic and the staff were absolutely amazing.
The lady at the front who too our photo for us and gave my grandsons extra attention and the lady in the cafe was so patient with us.
Would highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again.

I bought my son a gift membership in the summer that never arrived. Forgot all about it due to a family emergency and only realised the issue when the magazine arrived for my membership the other day. One phonecall and a very helpful customer service representative later and the issue was sorted. Still waiting for Royal Mail to deliver the membership pack but at least we have a confirmation email and the info we need to book tickets while we wait. Date of membership was also altered to reflect the delay so all resolved to our satisfaction and done with a lot of kindness and patience from customer services. Many thanks.

I rang customer services to sort out my membership as I wanted to book for the battle of Hastings event. Michelle was fantastic! Sorted out the membership issue, have us a discount and managed to book me, my husband and little boy the lady three tickets for the event. We are all so excited to still be able to go.

Travelled down to Hastings for the battle abbey event today, a 3 hour drive.
Upon arrival we learnt that the main tickets have sold out and were forced to sign up as a member to enter the event at a high price.
Yes in hindsight ticket purchase would have been the correct option to take beforehand, however we have been many times before and this has never been an issue, we always purchase tickets at the entry gate.
It’s always a risk you take when going to an event with tickets I understand, and this is not the main reason I’m writing the review. It’s about the principle.
There was 0 signs or indication that tickets were sold out online or at the event itself which was not helpful either.
Effectively realising that it’s also not a capacity issue due to them letting people who sign up for the membership there and then. So meaning that it’s forcing you to sign up and enter. In my opinion this was a deceptive sales tactic to gain more money from the public and I probably will not return to any future events.
