DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

This company refused to apply my concession to any of my bills. I had to stop paying, change my bank card and change power companies, then 4 months went by then they started harrassing me for money, yet still refused to add my concession to any of my bills. Now I'M FORCED TO PAY THE BS DEBT THEY CREATED OTHERWISE MY CREDIT RATING GETS FCKED!!!

DONT FEEL IN THEIR TRAP

DONT FEEL IN THEIR TRAP. EVEN YOU GOT Iselect or comparation companies compare for you.

Because they wont know rate until you get bill. So they dont add this in account. Yes I have 32 panels solar . Family of 4.

My recent bill is only 7 days is $ 80

Buty high season demand charge is$ 52

This is a joke.
They charge high season demand . Which very expensive. Other companies out in the market don't charge

They rate not expensive but they have high season demand charge . Make a huge difference.📌📌 It like hiden charge. 📌🧨

Concession interface fails

Concession interface fails. Then trying to submit an inquiry keeps rejecting the comment for non-existent invalid characters.

Edit: Engie contacted me and quickly resolved the issue.
