Mitch and Team are Excellent
Mitch and the team helped us find the perfect package for Wimbledon. I experienced a medical issue that prevented me from traveling to London, and Mitch stepped up again, finding a buyer for my tickets and trading them for US Open tickets. This kept us from losing our entire package price.

A very nice day out
A very nice day out, the facility was nicely laid out with room to move and great A/C which was a god send as the weather was beautiful. Food was very nice but drink range and table service was limited.

Royal Ascot June 2025
My guests and I had a fantastic day at Royal Ascot.
The lunch and afternoon tea were of high quality and the service was excellent. We had a great view of the action from the rail and Francesca from Engage took great care of us.

I liked the event but didn't like that we were kept separate from the main event and not able to leave the marquee area.

If you have any further information about the day itself and are able to provide constructive feedback of our facility it would be great to understand the 3 star rating. If there are no other reasons it would be great to re-consider the rating you have given us, otherwise I hope to see you at an event with us in the near future.
Great team looking after us
we were given Keely as our point of contact, she was awesome at looking after us, keeping us informed and looking out for those of us with dietary requirements. She even came to tell us she was heading off on a break and when she'd return.
