Visit to resolve unexplained issue with boiler. Patiently spent time with the boiler and found the issue. Boiler now working well.

I had a new boiler installed by Enflame 2 years ago and was extremely impressed with the whole process from the initial quote to the final installation. Everything was done professionally, on time, and with great care. Since then, I’ve continued using them for servicing and any follow-up checks, and they’ve always been reliable, friendly, and thorough. It’s reassuring knowing I have a gas engineer I can trust. Highly recommended!

Our Boiler man is always friendly and polite. He is thorough with his work, giving advice if and when it is needed. Always makes sure that everything is functioning as it should and is safe. Also gives us confidence that we will be warm through the winter months

The gas engineer is friendly & professional. He has replaced a water cylinder for us 2 yrs ago and serviced our heating system annually for the past three years.

Rosli is always punctual, a clean and tidy worker. He will keep you informed of what he's doing or what he finds as he goes along. Chatty and aproachable with a nice sense of humour. I'm glad I have a service agreement him nothing isvtoo much trouble.

This the first time I've used this company for boiler service. I had met Roz previously when he came out to see if he could help with a plumbing problem. It turned out I needed a drain expert instead; even so Roz did not charge me anything. I was impressed. So I decided to try his boiler service. It was good to be offered a one hour time slot. He talked to me about other things my boiler might need besides the basic service which was useful to know about. Payment by bank transfer was easy and service certificate was sent promptly. I'll look to use the company again.

Really great service and communication. Rosli also managed to come out to us at very short notice when we had a small gas leak and was able to quickly rectify the issue.
