Can not get this company to stop calling me, first about changing energy companies, then about broadband. Have asked several times to be removed from call list but agent claims the she is unable to do this, extremely rude and aggressive behaviour, refused to transfer call to manager. Although supposedly based in Glasgow, sounded very like an Indian call centre. Pity there aren't minus stars.
Over the past few weeks, I've received increasing amounts of spam from Energy tariff addressed to my personal and private email address. I've never agreed to receive these emails, their unsubscribe link doesn't work, and they do not respond to emails asking that they both confirm where they've obtained my personal data from. I've asked them kindly to cease harassing me on my personal email address, they have not. For the benefit of any doubt, I do not have an account with Energy Tariff, nor have I ever been a customer of theirs.
Unsolicited calls (despite being registered with TPS) from this company, and they were claming to be EDF.
