What they tell you your getting your not

This company came to my house and promised a good clean professional job. well I've come across some liars in my lifetime but these really are up at the top of league for this believe me my house looked like a building site for 2 weeks due to the workers only doing 5 hours a day they told me laminate floor had to be lifted and front room carpet had to lifted to install under floor insulation well they took up the laminate but didn't relay it and took up front room carpet but didn't put insulation under the floor I didn't know this though for 6 months I only discovered this after finding a leak from a pipe upstairs this was because the plumber had put a nail through the pipe but didn't do anything I only found out 6 months later when I turned Central heating on and water started coming through the ceiling there's also holes in corners of rooms where the boards were obviously cut to short and also skirting boards that aren't cut properly and 1 of them in my bedroom is so long I can't close the bedroom door I took all these issues to the company director who was very intimidating came across in a very bullying manner shouting and swearing at me when they left my home on the Friday I was gobsmacked in what I was seeing when I rang the company on the Monday they said they didn't have to relay my laminate floor which I find unbelievable that you take up a perfectly good floor and say your not relaying they eventually did but it was very difficult talking to the office people and the director I did tell the company director I would leave a review to which he said he would take me to court for slander and defamation of character which he could do if I was lying but as I have the proof in real for example my house with the issues still there what really takes the biscuit though is that the company director actually kept asking me to leave a good review for them well here it is
