My experience at Energy Au pair agency was great! Because everything that I need and questions that I asked they responded emediately, specially Nadia is very accommodating, when it comes I have a problem on my application and documents, she really responsible with her job.
My experience with Energy Au Pair has been truly wonderful. From the moment I started my application, they have been incredibly supportive, kind, and professional. They guided me through every step of the process of finding a host family in Denmark, making sure I understood everything and always answering my questions with patience. I really appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the entire journey, so I always knew what was happening next. Their dedication and encouragement made the process much less stressful and gave me confidence while waiting for my perfect match. My experience with Energy Au pair was great from the beginning even before I got a match. Nadia from Energy Au pair reached out to me via email after I signed up and followed up with me requesting me to upload a couple more photos and asking me questions about myself and why I wanted to be an au pair in Sweden. I shared that I had been studying Swedish language online and I was looking foward to practice in real life. She gathered all the information and matched me with different families based on these qualities. When the first family did not work out, she was very prompt in responding and finding another family for me. I found so much safety and understanding and support in the entire process of matching and rematching. She was also very patient with me when I needed some time to get some documents in place.
It's been a year and I am a different person now. Rich in language and culture, rich in friendships and rich in experiences. I know for sure that these experiences will shape my future in ways that I wouldn't otherwise have known.

Very helpful at the beginning. But once I paid the fee then they stopped responding to my e-mails and questions. Not acceptable service. Suggest that you delay paying the fee until the full application process is completed and all relevant papers have been submitted.
