Software issues
There seemed to be some issues with the software which I originally filled in, dated and electronically signed. Rectified fairly swiftly but I had to spend time sorting this out. Transfer seems to have gone through ok, but it is early days.

I understand there were some glitches in npower's portal while on-boarding you as their new customer.
At Energy Scanner, we maintain our website to high standard, but each supplier has their own back-end processes and systems on which we have little control. Meanwhile, I hope you had a seamless experience one eneregy-scanner.com platform. Thanks for leaving the feedback and we will pass it to npower so they can improve their systems.

Thanks for your review. We’ve been trying to touch base with you. We understand you received and signed your documents originally on the 17th Feb. However, as a nice bonus your new energy supplier then reduced the price further – that doesn’t happen every day! So we arranged for the new supplier to send you new documents last week, at a lower price. The energy supplier has confirmed it received your signed documents back on Friday 24th. So you’re all signed up to that new supplier (name beginning with U) – there’s no more paperwork!
Excellent - Very Quick and Easy
Used Energy Scanner to find the cheapest deal on utilities for my business. The website was easy to use, and found me the best deal by far.

We have taken on your feedback, and we’ve investigated all switches with Scottish Power to ensure there is no repeat. We have also escalated your feedback to the management team with Scottish Power. As discussed with you, immediately on learning of your issue, we contacted Scottish Power and did manage to negotiate new rates with the company on your behalf, but we respect you didn’t want to switch. We do hope our payment of £300 as a gesture of goodwill has ensured you haven’t lost money. Again, we apologise and hope you’ll try our service again.

Easy, efficient, great deal.
This was a very painless process - we moved into a new premises and searched for the best deal available. Within about 20 minutes I had agreed the new contract, prices etc. There was one query and a rep from the company resolved it immediately. Will definitely use Energy Scanner for my other clients.
