Bought the ECO system 4 years ago. Paid in advance and waited 8 months for delivery.

We have had to have 2 new control panels and a new PCB board (the latter has been paid for including express delivery but have been waiting since December for the PcB to be repaired).

It turns out that the installation is incorrect.

Luckily we have a local company who will repair the system but I still need a PCB board.

Despite contacting our representative (who has had sick friends then fell ill himself), the system has been out of commission since November.

When contacting head office, they refuse to speak to me and will not correspond as I am supposed to deal with my local guy who is not available.

The aftercare service is shocking and no one seems to want to help. It is a big investment and the local representative has stolen my money and refuses to contact me.

Go elsewhere.

I am hoping that someone somewhere in the company will read this and do something about it…. If so, I will, of course, update this review.

Update: finally got my PCB board from the local rep who refused to refund the cost for ‘express’ shipping and his labour cost to fit. In fact, he claimed I owed him more money!!!

Found a great local company who replaced the PCB within 24 hours.

Still nothing from a less than useless Head Office. Maybe they only value corporate clients….

In September 2020 a Monobloc AquaPura electric hot water heater was installed in our new home in Silva Escura. 2 months ago it stopped working. For the past 2 months I have been trying to find someone that could repair it, with no luck.
Initially, I called the manufacturer (Energie) directly. They provided me with two contacts that would repair their machine. I called both places, neither had the expertise to repair their machine. One told me they would have to remove the machine, send it back to the manufacturer for repair. It would probably take 2-3 months to repair during which I would have no hot water. I then contacted every electrician in a 100km radius, trying to find help. No success. No one had the expertise to repair this brand of hot water heater.
I paid nearly 2000 Euros for this machine that no one can repair other than the manufacturer.
I would strongly advise to not to buy the Monobloc hot water heater. They are unconscionably expensive and their after service warranty is nonexistent.
