Zero stars!!
They had a window of 4 hours between 8am & 12, phoned me at 11.55 to say he's running late! Turns up at 12 to change my electric metre.
He wonders why my hot water hadn't started heating at 12.30, I said that I have an issue with my water boiler & I need a plumber to fix it, first he said that I need an electrician (?) , what was he then?!, then he said " I know what's wrong" and proceeded to change some wires above the fuse box. I said I'm going to arrange for a plumber but he completely ignored me & carried on!
I have since had my water boiler fixed but the water doesn't heat automatically, we have to physically turn it on & off since the Enedis intervention!
I got in touch with Enedis who said they cannot fix the problem without EDF's approval!
So I, yes ME, had to get in touch with EDF who said that Enedis will be in touch early next week, this was 3 weeks ago, still waiting!!
It is Enedis' error, fault, inexperienced worker, they're quick to get in touch when they want to threaten & suck money out of people but NOT to admit liability!
EDF did a sterling job before Enedis came along, but now Enedis are giving them a bad name!
They cancelled a technical repair visit without warning... I had to call to know why: no real reason given. Now they offer a new meeting in 40 days from now... Thank you French civil servants!
The electricians were very competent and professional. However, I must express my disappointment with the customer service, which has been extremely poor. I requested the report and pictures taken by the electrician, as I need to forward them to our agent. Despite the fact that this information clearly pertains to our property, I was told that it could not be provided.
Frankly, it is unacceptable that such basic and reasonable information is being withheld. It is very disappointing that a company delivering quality technical services is unable to provide proper and comprehensive customer support.
I had Enedis over the phone for an appointment and I want to ask for a more precise hour of the arrival of their technician, because I have to also coordinate the schedule of mine and my electrician.
The representative first said that she cannot do it because their rule is to block 4 h for the intervention. I asked how long would the intervention be? The answer is 30min.
I asked then wouldn't it be possible to precise more for a slot of 1h. The representative said no because it is fully up to the technician to decide the order of the interventions that day.
I asked if they can at least call me 1h earlier so that I can inform my technician.
The representative refused again, and said the technician would at best call me 10-15min in advance. I asked why. She said because the technician would finish his/her last job, call me before getting on the way to my house, and that's all. I said why wouldn't the technician, in this case, call me before he/she starts the job of the client before me? That could leave me 45-1h to prepare. Because either I will be the first one to intervene, either there will be someone before me, and like she said earlier, the technician has the power to decide the order of the visit.
The representative refuses. She said Enedis just works in this way, and I cannot change anything. She also accused me that I did not listen to her because she said it was not possible to precise the time slot at the beginning, inferring that I am just wasting her time, and I won't change anything.
This is almost the most hostile representative that I have ever had over the telephone. If nothing can be done at all, what's the reason to call a human representative? Everything can just be fixed by a machine, and even by a machine, I haven't seen any other company who asks to block an entire half day of its client for an intervention of 30min, and I have to pay them!
The representative's explanation is not convincing as I cannot see any technical difficulty to better schedule intervention slots.
I was going to write a stinky review about this bunch of lieing government employees...Not the guys that do the actual work but the ones on the phones but I see most here have already done that for me.
Had to resort to calling EDF because they were so unhelpful with their responsibilities. But rightfully EDF told me it was not their job to answer my question.
Obviously a great many people have had problems with Enedis and, initially, I also had issues. As with many big companies there’s an over reliance on dealing with customers through a web portal. Two particular roadblocks are that their online scripts won’t accept non-French phone numbers or IBAN numbers, the latter for my Euro account. So, just in case the big boss reads this, get some numpties to test your espace clients. Eventually, and I do mean eventually, I got to the right pages on the Enedis web site and was able to request my viabillisation, as I now know to call it.
From that point on things went much more smoothly, in particular thanks to M Nicolas Justice, who helped navigate the stages of the process with great patience and courtesy, and in replying to my emails promptly.
Hopefully he’ll be in charge one day.
Note minimum quand on a un service minimum. Un élagage à eu lieu sur ma propriété à la charge d'ENEDIS. Le job est à moitié fait car le technicien ne dispose pas d'un véhicule adapté afin d'enlever les branchages!
They absolutely ignored our request for over 2 months. After which they sent us an sms to make and appointment online and there was no times available. They also always wanted us to call back to our provider which always handled the thing correctly but enedis continued ignoring our request. Unbelievable unprofessional behavior. Hopefully we can change to another electric company using another company for their physical work.
Enedis ou comment se faire menacer si on refuse l'installation d'un Linky ! Sympa
Can't say how impressed we were with this company! This is the company who do repairs for EDF. It was an emergency, but they arrived within 24 hours of the problem. Sorted it quickly and very efficiently. Brilliant! AND this is a genuine experience today after the terrible storms yesterday. They worked in pooring rain to get it sorted!!
Just a few words says it all: Arrogance, dishonest, indifference, unprofessionals.............. This is what happens when you give monopoly to asshol....s!!!!!
