Perfect gift

There was an issue with my original order, wrong colour delivered (30/1). I contacted them and they promptly corrected this and I give credit for that.

But, I asked for a rose scent spray to be sent out with the replacement. I paid the invoice issued but did not receive the spray(5/2). I contacted them again and was told, the spray wasn't part of my order. I sent the invoice as proof and was told a refund will be issued shortly. It's now the 13/2 and they now longer reply to me, nor have they issued the refund.

The denial, drop off in communication and lack of action has made me not want to order from this company again.

Very disappointed – avoid

My husband bought me an Endurance Rose for my birthday. I don’t like gifts like this, so we tried to return it without even opening the box. Despite this, the company is refusing to give a refund.

This is completely unacceptable, especially as they are legally obliged to offer a refund under consumer law for unopened, returned goods. What’s even more concerning is that their small print claims they won’t accept returns even if the item arrives damaged, which is ridiculous and a huge red flag.

This feels like a dodgy company trying to deny basic consumer rights. I would strongly advise others not to buy from here unless you’re happy to be stuck with the item no matter what.

I just bought the new crown box in red and wow it's just beautiful, it has completely transformed my living room, it's made it feel so luxury in here. The roses are so beautiful, I'm in awe!

Absolutely love all the roses I’ve had purchased from Endura Roses. They are all such beautiful pieces of art. I personally have 4 in my home and have purchased around 12-15 for gifts for friends and relatives.

Poor value for money… paid over £120 for this, while it’s a beautiful rose… this company skimps on the details big time.

It is encased in plastic, and they did not ask me for a font type for my engraved message (the font is too huge for the plate, and not at all elegant.)

Lastly, there isn’t even a basic gift box, bag or wrapping. Just the dome itself as if it is a cheap souvenir not a luxury present. Disappointed in the overall effort. They cheap out on the extras and try to upsell you on small things.

For the money it cost of 85 nothing spectacular and definitely the website pictures enhance the intensity and feelings of luxury. Would expect for the price paid to be encapsulated in glass not plastic.

I ordered the Perennial - Diamond rose red and a star named in honour of my mum.
I am so happy with my order. It's absolutely beautiful. And even a star was added to the rose.
My delivery came very quickly and the rose was very carefully packaged.

Product was as beautiful as the picture, quick delivery and very well packed.

I was a little sceptical as to whether this was legit at first, especially with the low amount of reviews and some bad ones,
I placed the order anyway, i didn’t get any confirmation email which made me feel uneasy. but after a few days i received an order processed and despatched, it arrived two days later with good packaging. Super happy will be a lovely anniversary gift for my wife.

Great product but for £50 for a star, it could’ve been typed and not hand written on the certificate. Minor detail.
