Endurance Auto Warranty Not an Honorable Company

Fair Warning! Do your due diligence, and research Endurance Auto Warranty first, before buying any Policy with them. Make sure you read the "What's Covered" section of that policy before purchasing a contract with Endurance, seems the language in the contract is geared specifically to deny claims for your vehicle service and/or repair like in three different occasions that my claims were denied nor approved. $4k vested in an Endurance Auto Warranty, the Plus Package, that would not cover my (2015 Ford Explorer Sport) 1) Failed Catalytic Converter, 2) a Failed Climate Control Vent Actuator and 3) the Loss of Steering Rack & Pinion ESP (Electronic Power Steering) that nearly had me involved in a severe traffic accident. I've had to pay out of pocket for all three issues and repairs, even after having an Endurance Auto Plus Membership Policy that I thought covered my vehicle. I wished I had read the policy thoroughly prior to buying it, but the Sales Agent was great at convincing me that my vehicle was covered front to rear for all repairs and I fell for the reassurance that it was safe to purchase. I was so wrong. An Endurance Auto Warranty Policy is not worth buying in the long run. It's an abysmal headache in the waiting. You've been warned, trust me.

I was looking for a quote

The representative I spoke with was willing to offer me a new vehicle quote for a 2017 Ford fusion with 18,000 miles on it. I was grateful for that. However she told me I needed to purchase the policy today. I haven't even purchased the vehicle yet. When I told her that I was not willing to purchase a $4,000 policy for a vehicle I haven't yet decided to buy, she told me that if I didn't purchase it now I would not be eligible to purchase a similar policy after I buy the vehicle instead it would be powertrain coverage only. It was a hard sale tactic that I did not appreciate. Furthermore I was informed by her that if I contact the company in a month or two for another vehicle because they have my name and email address I would not be eligible for premier pricing since I declined that coverage today.

Ridiculous interaction!

I had a decent experience with endurance until calling to cancel my plan and the person I was speaking with seemed to take it personally and try to convince me to stay with them when I just got a refinance and warranty package through another option, this was nothing personal naturally so ya. Also I continued to receive lapsed coverage letters and when calling today I had spoke with Jonatha Jones I do believe and this was one of the worst phone calls I’ve ever had. He was very condescending with his comments including “what makes you think you are special” and then proceeded to argue with me until I hung up the phone. Because of this I would never go through endurance warranty or even consider it again and I had recommended them but no longer will I. Also I am most sure endurance does not want to be represented by such a rude and heartless person who needs to do lots of inner reflection to see why he would talk to ANY person in such a horrible manner. I really didn’t want to take my time to leave this review, but with that kind of experience I had no choice but to. What a shame and shame on him for being so rude for no apparent reason smh.

Fraudulent practices at Endurance Ins

Fraudulent practices at Endurance Ins ! Bought a policy covering a lifted truck. When it came time for repairs they denied the claim ! Everytime I called they gave a different excuse of why they're denying Then in order to get a "refund" of premiums paid on a policy they never intended to honor, they require you to sign documents stating you won't tell anyone and wont seek legal action!! These people are CROOKS! Filing complaints with state boards and YEAH, I WILL WARN OTHERS ON EVERY SOCIAL PLATFORM!!!

They do not train their customer Service people well

They keep telling me that they had 20 days to make a decisions on my claim. Who can go 20 days without their vehicle. Also their claim rep called me a liar when I told her my vehicle could go 10,000 miles between oil changes, even though I had sent them copies of the page from my owner manual showing that the vehicle could go 10,000 miles between oil changes.

Stay away from Endurance Direct

Auto warranty policies with Endurance Direct are prohibitively expensive and full of exclusions. I paid Endurance nearly $100 a month for a policy that was worthless. The catalytic converter and the rack and pinion steering on my 2006 Buick Lucerne were not covered; therefore I was stuck with $2,000 in repairs. I do not recommend Endurance Direct in any way, shape or form. They are not a quality auto warranty company.

You requested I respond to you…

You requested I respond to you feedback@ endurancedirect . com, (spaces for posting reason only) however there is nothing at this page. You have been constantly disappointing, at least that seems standard. You say yours is high, but when it came to my policy and claim it was anything but. Only thankful thing is I found it out couple months in. Thanks truly. Dan.
