Extremely Misleading claims for their investment Products
EndowUS claims to give higher interest rates with Cash Smart Ultra product (1.7%~2.0%), but be mindful that their returns are NOT GUARANTEED, one must need to hold investments for at least 1 year even in order to test if they give returns they advertise (obviously, like any financial institute they revise and further lower return percentages once you have already invested, when i signed up 1.8% was advertised and when i checked now its reduced to 1.7%). I am extremely dissatisfied with returns. because i am merely given a dividend of S$22 on a 6-figure investment after 3 months. upon reaching out to support. I am being told "The figures that you have stated are the projected annualised return for the portfolio e.g. if you invest in Cash Smart Ultra for a year, then the projected return that you may receive at the end of a one-year time frame is between 1.7% and 2.0%. As Cash Smart Ultra is an investment portfolio, the capital is not guaranteed and there may be short-term volatility that causes the performance to dip". I really feel cheated and scammed now. this is not stated on website anywhere that a customer must hold investments for over 1 year. they just mentioned >3 months.
Overall Experience: TERRIBLE, check their website and compare how different their email is.
